Blank mailers are exact copies of the physical mailers sent out to your campaign registrants — but without any recipient information. These are perfect to keep on hand for reference, review, or in-office display, or to individually mail to prospects yourself.

Yes, blank mailers are available for a small fee to cover printing and shipping costs.

Once your request is received, our support team will confirm the order, provide the cost details, and arrange delivery.

Part of our production process is assigning a PIN number to each prospect we mail to. This is connected to 800RSVP and allows easy registration either by calling our 24/7 US Based call center or self registering at 800RSVP.org.

Your blank mailers will not have pins on them, so if you send them to prospects, they'll be unable to register. If you intend to share your blank mailer with prospects, let our production team know. We'll replace the 800 number with your office's phone number, and you can record their registration in Trailmap yourself.
