Webinar CTA Link

Your Call to Action link allows webinar attendees to schedule an appointment with you directly after watching your presentation. This link connects your calendar to your Steep webinar, helping convert interested viewers into booked meetings — quickly and seamlessly.

We recommend using an app like Calendly, but if you use any online scheduling tool, any of them will work. For the purposes of this help article, we'll reference your link as a Calendly link regardless of your specific application.

There are two ways you can provide your Calendly scheduling link for your webinar campaign:

1. Via TrailMap
   When submitting your webinar order in TrailMap, you can include your Calendly link directly in the provided field during the setup process. This ensures it’s automatically added during campaign creation.

2. Via Email
   You can also email your Calendly link directly to our support team at support@steep.marketing.
   

⚠️ To ensure your attendees have full scheduling access, please send or input your Calendly link before your webinar goes live. Without it, viewers will not be able to book appointments directly from the webinar interface.
