Invite your Prospects to a Steep event with a Prospect Email Link

What are Prospect Email Links?

Prospect Email Links are an optional supplement that can be added to your marketing campaign with Steep.

If you’d like to invite your own clients or prospects directly, we can create a Prospect Email Link for you. This includes:

  • A unique link and landing page designed specifically for your team to share with your contacts.

  • Separate tracking within TrailMap, allowing you to see which registrations came from your internal outreach versus Steep Marketing’s lead generation.

Track your results with TrailMap reporting:

  • Blue digital metrics represent registrations from Steep Marketing’s primary digital marketing campaign.

Orange metrics represent registrations from your Prospect Email Link.

*Note: If you do plan to invite your prospects to your Steep event, it's important that you only use the Prospect Email Link (not the links we send you when proofing your campaigns). Using the wrong link will impact the accuracy of your campaign data.

When will I be able to use this link to invite my prospects?

If you ordered the Prospect Email URL when you originally placed the campaign order our team will build the Prospect Email URL and deliver it to you during the proof and approval stage with the other landing page URLS connected to your Facebook ads.

During the proof and approval stage once you approve the URL and pay the invoice the link is live but you must wait and not share the URL with your prospects until 2 weeks before your campaign.

Two weeks before your campaign we recommend creating and sending at least 2 emails a week leading up to your campaign, include the Prospect Email URL in those links so your prospects can receive the email, click the URL and register for your event.

What if I didn’t order the Prospect Email Link initially?

No problem! You can still add this supplement after your order is placed.
Simply email support@steep.marketing with your request, and our team will add the Prospect Email Campaign to your existing seminar or event. This link will go live and you can email it to invite your prospects as soon as you approve the proof and pay the invoice to add this to your campaign.
