Overview
After your event, it’s important to update your results in TrailMap so our team can accurately assess performance, track outcomes, and refine strategies for future campaigns.
Keeping your event data current allows your Steep Coach to identify patterns, recommend improvements, and celebrate what’s working well.
What to Update in TrailMap
Once your event has ended, log in to your TrailMap Dashboard and update the key statistics for that campaign:
✅ Attended: Mark all registrants who were present at your event.
📅 Confirmed Appointments Booked: Record any follow-up meetings scheduled during or after the event.
How Steep Uses This Data
Once you’ve updated these details, the Steep team will:
Pull your event data from TrailMap.
Add those results to your Marketing Strategy Plan.
Measure key performance indicators such as:
Attendance rates
Appointment set rates
Conversion trends across your events
Your Success Coach will then sit down with you to review your campaign results, identify areas for improvement, and confirm what’s working best.
