How will I receive my assets for review?

You will receive an email with links to review your campaign materials. Depending on your campaign, this may include:

Digital Campaigns (Seminars, Webinars)

  • A landing page for digital campaigns

Direct Mail Campaigns

  • A proof of your mailer (PDF)

  • Mail counts and targeting details

  • Email and text message confirmations


What am I responsible for reviewing?

Please carefully review all materials for accuracy, including:

  • Venue name and details

  • Date and time

  • Presenter information

  • Any visible errors or inconsistencies


Can I request edits?

Yes, you can request minor edits during the proofing stage.

Minor edits include:

  • Venue updates

  • Date or time changes

  • Presenter corrections

  • Logo changes


What if I want bigger changes?

Requests beyond minor edits (such as design changes, messaging changes, or layout updates) will require a custom asset, which may involve an additional cost.

How long do edits take?

Edit requests are typically completed within 24 hours.


Is there a deadline for approvals?

Yes. All edits and approvals must be completed before your campaign launch date.

Delays beyond this window may impact campaign timing and delivery.


What happens if I don’t approve in time?

If approvals or edits aren’t completed before the launch deadline, printing campaigns may be delayed, your campaign timeline could be pushed back, and ads may not go live as scheduled.
