Compliance Approval

We build time into our process for compliance review, with all assets delivered 7 days prior to the scheduled launch date to allow for approval.

Assets are proactively created using compliance-friendly language and best practices to help streamline the review process and reduce the need for revisions.

Please note that both compliance and advisor office approval are required prior to launch.

If your organization requires additional time for compliance approval, it’s important to communicate this during the ordering process. Please include this request in the “Special Instructions” section when placing your order in Trailmap so timelines can be adjusted accordingly and delays avoided.
