Setting Up Your Users in Trailmap

Begin your journey in Trailmap by adding your user account, establishing accounts for your team, and managing access for each user in your organization..

Access Your Account

  • Your account is created when you place a marketing order

  • Log in to access your dashboard


Add a New User

  1. Go to Administration → Users (left sidebar)

  2. Click the “+” (Add User) button

  3. Enter:

    • Name

    • Email

    • Username (use email)

    • Role

  4. Click Add


User Roles

  • Administrator: Full access + can add users

  • Standard: Limited access, no user creation


After Adding a User

  • They’ll receive an activation email

  • Must set up their account within 48 hours


Manage Users

  • Reset password: Open user → click Reset Password

  • Remove user: Click the trash can icon


Important Notes

  • Email comes from info@steepdigital.com

  • Check spam/junk if not received

  • You can resend or copy the activation link

  • Do not share access outside your organization
