1. Why Notes Are Useful

Notes help you keep track of important details about a contact, such as:

  • Questions about the event

  • Special accommodations

  • Dietary restrictions (especially for dinner seminars)


2. How to Add a Note

To add a note to a contact:

  • Click on the contact’s name

  • Go to the Notes section

  • Click “Add New Note”

  • Enter your note

  • Click Save


3. Viewing Notes

Once saved, your note will appear in the Notes section along with a timestamp showing when it was added.

You’ll also see a timeline of all notes for that contact, making it easy to track updates over time.


4. Reviewing Notes Before an Event

Before your event, you can review notes to:

  • Confirm accommodations

  • Check dietary needs

  • Review any questions or special requests
