Learn how to add guest names to contacts so you're 100% prepared for your marketing event.

Adding a guest name helps you keep track of additional attendees linked to a registrant, making event planning and check-in more organized.


1. How to Add a Guest Name

To add a guest:

  • Click the people icon next to the registrant’s name

  • Enter the guest’s name

  • Click Save


2. Where to See the Guest Name

Once added, the guest name will appear next to the registrant’s name in your list.


3. Important Notes

  • The guest name feature is not enabled by default for seminar or webinar campaigns

  • If you’d like this feature turned on, contact your Steep team

  • For dinner direct mail campaigns, meal selections will appear next to the guest name
