Learn how to add guest names to contacts so you're 100% prepared for your marketing event.
Adding a guest name helps you keep track of additional attendees linked to a registrant, making event planning and check-in more organized.
1. How to Add a Guest Name
To add a guest:
Click the people icon next to the registrant’s name
Enter the guest’s name
Click Save
2. Where to See the Guest Name
Once added, the guest name will appear next to the registrant’s name in your list.
3. Important Notes
The guest name feature is not enabled by default for seminar or webinar campaigns
If you’d like this feature turned on, contact your Steep team
For dinner direct mail campaigns, meal selections will appear next to the guest name
