Filtering Contacts by Status

Find the contacts you're looking for in seconds by leveraging the search and filter options in Trailmap.

The easiest way to find a specific contact is by using the search bar.

• Type in a contact’s name

• The system will pull up matching results instantly

By default, your list is sorted alphabetically by first name, but you can change this.

You can sort by:

• Status

• Last name

• Email

• Registration date

• Event date

You can also choose how the list is ordered:

• Ascending (A → Z)

• Descending (Z → A)

The list will update automatically based on your selection.

You can also filter your list to show only specific contacts.

For example, you can filter by:

• Registration status (like registered or confirmed)

• Name

• Email

• Phone number

This helps you focus only on the contacts you need.
