Learn how to enroll contacts into Seminar Replay

1. Selecting Contacts

To send seminar replay:

  • Select the contacts you want

  • Click “Queue for Replay”


2. Filtering Your List

Before selecting contacts, you can filter to target the right audience.

You can filter by:

  • Status (attended, no-show, canceled, etc.)

  • Confirmation status

  • Other contact details

This helps you choose exactly who should receive the replay.


3. Queueing Contacts

Once your contacts are selected:

  • Click “Queue for Replay”

After this:

  • You’ll see a date showing when they were queued

  • Emails will begin sending shortly after (about 30 minutes)


4. Email Sequence

Contacts will receive:

  • A series of replay emails over time

These emails are spaced out automatically to follow up and encourage engagement.


5. Stopping Emails

Replay emails will stop automatically if:

  • The contact clicks to schedule a call

You can also remove contacts manually if needed.


6. Replay Availability

  • Seminar replay is available for 45 days after the event

  • After that, the replay page will redirect to your calendar
