How to Add Contacts to Seminar Replay
Learn how to enroll contacts into Seminar Replay
1. Selecting Contacts
To send seminar replay:
Select the contacts you want
Click “Queue for Replay”
2. Filtering Your List
Before selecting contacts, you can filter to target the right audience.
You can filter by:
Status (attended, no-show, canceled, etc.)
Confirmation status
Other contact details
This helps you choose exactly who should receive the replay.
3. Queueing Contacts
Once your contacts are selected:
Click “Queue for Replay”
After this:
You’ll see a date showing when they were queued
Emails will begin sending shortly after (about 30 minutes)
4. Email Sequence
Contacts will receive:
A series of replay emails over time
These emails are spaced out automatically to follow up and encourage engagement.
5. Stopping Emails
Replay emails will stop automatically if:
The contact clicks to schedule a call
You can also remove contacts manually if needed.
6. Replay Availability
Seminar replay is available for 45 days after the event
After that, the replay page will redirect to your calendar
