Understanding Seminar Replay Stats

Learn how Trailmap helps you track who has opened and clicked on your scheduling links.

1. What Replay Stats Show

Seminar replay stats help you understand how contacts are interacting with your replay emails and video.

You can view:

  • Individual contact activity

  • Overall performance across all contacts


2. Individual Contact Stats

For each contact, you can see:

  • Queued Date: When they were added to seminar replay

  • Email Opens: How many times they opened replay emails

  • Clicks: If they clicked to watch or schedule a call

  • Watch Time: How long they watched the video

  • Last Activity: The last time they visited the replay page


3. Overall Stats (Right Panel)

On the right side, you’ll see totals for all contacts.

These include:

  • Households: Total number of contacts in replay

  • Opens: Total number of email opens

  • Unique Opens: Number of individual people who opened emails

Example:
If 2 people each open an email twice:

  • Opens = 4

  • Unique Opens = 2


4. Click Tracking

You’ll also see engagement with replay links:

  • Schedule Clicks: Total number of clicks

  • Unique Clicks: Number of people who clicked

This helps you understand how many people are taking action.


5. Video Engagement

  • Average Duration: Shows how long people are watching your replay

This helps measure how engaging your content is.
