How to Stop Seminar Replay Emails

Learn how to stop Seminar Replay emails for enrolled contacts.

To stop seminar replay emails for a contact:

• Hover over the “X” next to their name

• Click “Stop Replay”

• Confirm in the pop-up

Once confirmed:

• Replay emails will stop for that contact

• The “X” will turn red to indicate emails are stopped

If you hover over it, you’ll see a message confirming that communication has been stopped.

• Once you stop seminar replay emails, you cannot restart them
