What are Done For You Calls?

Our Done For You Calls service is a structured follow-up system designed to confirm attendance and remind registrants about your upcoming digital events.

What is the call schedule?

  • Call 1: Confirmation call (next business day after registration)

  • Call 2 & 3: Additional confirmation attempts every 2–2.5 days if no final status (confirmed, declined, or bad number)

  • Call 4: Reminder call the day before the event

When are calls made?

  • Our call team pulls new registrations daily at 8:00 AM Eastern (covering the previous 24 hours)

  • Calls placed the same day will appear in reporting the next business day

  • Registrations from Friday–Sunday will begin showing call activity on Tuesday

When do calls stop?

Calls will stop under the following conditions:

  • Registrant confirms attendance: They will not receive additional confirmation calls, only the day-before reminder

  • Registrant cancels: They are removed from the call queue and added to a canceled leads report

  • Bad phone number identified: No further call attempts are made

What types of events are supported?

  • Digital events only (seminars and movie events)

  • Direct mail leads are handled by advisor offices via inbound calls

What is included in the scope of calls?

  • Confirmation of attendance only

  • No age verification or financial qualification is conducted

How is pricing structured?

  • Seminar calls: Flat rate regardless of event size

  • Movie calls: Higher cost for large events due to increased registrant volume

No additional charges if your event exceeds attendance targets
