Mailers sent to deceased individual

Mailing lists are built from third-party data sources that aren’t always updated in real time, especially if a household remains active under a family member or next of kin. This can result in mail still being addressed to someone who has passed.

We can add the address to our Do Not Mail list to prevent future mailings, though this would stop all residents at that address from receiving mail from us.
