Best Practices for Second Voicemails

  • Keep your message friendly, professional, and concise.

  • Clearly state:

    • Your name

    • The event name

    • Event date and time

    • Your callback number

  • Mention that seating is limited to encourage a response.

  • Log the voicemail attempt in Trailmap immediately after the call.

  • Continue varying call times and days between outreach attempts.
