Keep your message friendly, professional, and concise.
Clearly state:
Your name
The event name
Event date and time
Your callback number
Mention that seating is limited to encourage a response.
Log the voicemail attempt in Trailmap immediately after the call.
Continue varying call times and days between outreach attempts.
