How can I make updates to my order in Trailmap?

Please note that changes cannot be made directly within Trailmap.

If you need to update any details related to an existing order — such as event dates, venues, presenters, or other key information — please email our support team at support@steep.marketing.

In your email, be sure to include:

  • The specific order or campaign name and date(s)

  • Any relevant details such as new dates, updated venue information, presenter name or other changes required.
