Issues with Catchlight info in Trailmap

One of the primary reasons you may not see Catchlight information is that not all records are able to be enriched. While Catchlight excels at matching a significant portion of our leads (approximately 80% of records can be enriched); however, some consumers may lack sufficient data, limiting our ability to enrich those specific records.

If you find that none of your leads are being enriched, it is essential to take action. You can report this issue through the help option in Trailmap or by contacting our support team directly support@steep.marketing. Our team may be able to trigger an additional enrichment attempt to resolve the issue.
